Production Process: Absolutely flayed mechanically, fresh hides are transport to the leather production workshop in one hour by refrigerated truck, the fresh hides will be finished soaking in salty water in first time.
Process Advantages: The raw materials are all raw hides of bulls form Haoyue good beef cattle breeds (the growth period is 24-26 months), machinery slaughtering and flaying. The hide has the feature of big area, little damage, high level; there is no wound, no grub, no hair, and no bacteria injury. Because leather products made of fresh skin are softer, strong tear resistance, no loose, stronger plasticity, this product uses the chrome free tanning technology; it is a kind of environmentally friendly products, suitable for making various styles of leather products. Leather products made of fresh skin also can effectively prevent the loss of collagen and bacteria breeding ensure the quality of the leather.
